The iPhone 11 Vs. the Samsung Galaxy S10

After debuting last September, the iPhone 11 became one of the best selling iPhone models. The lower price and the improvements helped a lot. But in the Android realm, they had their own contender. That of course was the S10. This one offered many upgrades including more camera qualities over the past models, especially in the S series.  This is also at a reduced price as well. So which one is the better cheaper option for you.

With the S10 and the iPhone 11, they both have the same size display.  But of course, that’s where the similarities end.  The S10 is much more vibrant than the LCD option of the 11, and the resolution is higher.  The S10 has a higher ppi than the iPhone 11.  But that doesn’t mean the iPhone looks bad at all by comparison. It uses the retina display along with the true tone enhancement, which offers some great displays according to the different tests that were done.  The S10 layout does have the front facing camera in the right corner, and it does have a whole punch instead of this, which is an alternative to the camera notch.  This does give it a higher ratio of screen to body, almost 13 percent more than the iPhone 11, so keep that in mind.

As for battery life and charging, both Samsung and Apple don’t say the specifics, but the S10 does have n option for all day battery life, and the 11 tends to last longer than the XR, which is about 16 hours of use.  However, the S10 has a much larger battery than the iPhone 11.  These both can charge wirelessly with a charging pad, but the S10 takes it further, and you can actually charge Qi devices to the back of other devices to help them charge too. Neat huh?

Both of these phones have the new generation of processors within them, but the 11 comes with the A13 bionic chip, and some high-performance cores, along with some low-power cores that can be used for preserving the battery life for some routine actions.  Apple calls it the fastest CPU within a smartphone.

The Galaxy S10 comes with 8 GB of RAM, which is double what the 11 has, and it helps with the performance. It also comes with the eight core Qualcomm snapdragon 855.  This does perform slower, but it is still a solid phone that works really well.

Then there is camera.  The S10 stands out by having the third rear camera, and a 16 MP ultra-=-wide camera feature that’s good for this.  this also has two rear cameras, and this also comes with a neural processing unit, which offers some pro grade settings, and it optimizes for the environment, along with the scene optimizer feature, and is great for composition.  The 11 in comparison, has a dual rear camera system and a 12 MP camera, along with an ultra-wide camera and a 120 degree field of vision.

Overall, both of these phones are pretty solid, it’s just a matter of what you’re willing to work with, and which ones you want to try out.  This is ultimately your choice, and you can definitely get some great benefits out of either of these phones and are worth checking out.

 

The iPhone 11 Vs. the Galaxy S20

Apple and Samsung are basically the two biggest phone competitors out there, and their phones are some of the best that you can get, with the Motorola Edge Plus being another competitor. As the base models for the latest ones, these are also the least expensive of each of these phones, with the iPhone 11 starting at $699, and the other starting at $999 respectively.  The prices for the S20 are a little bit bigger and they do allow for 5G, but of course you can get the 4G options as needed too.

Now, depending on whether you like Android or Apple will mostly determine the type of phone that you get, but the thing is, you should understand that they do have some specs and other differences that are good to compare, and if you’re curious about the advantages of this too, you should definitely understand that they are good to know.

For starters, the iPhone 11 is the most well-rounded of these phones, and it is cheaper, and it has some pretty decent features. It doesn’t have the goodies that the S20 has though, and it doesn’t have 5G, expandable memory, and a display that refreshes a lot. So if camera is what you’re thinking of going for, then you should definitely consider this.

So what about the S20? This one is expensive, but it’s designed pretty well and comes with features that aren’t just good to have, but they are useful, and they’re great for when technologies along with trends change too. That includes 5G, and of course the screen and recordings. It also has a good processor and camera too, and it certainly does a lot of good for you as well.

Both of thesephones have really good cameras, so you really can’t go wrong either way, but each has good features in their own ways. The 11 of course ahs the two rear cameras, which include the ultra-wide angle lens, and it allows you to take landscape shots, or even closeups of things that look good. Night mode also helps with low-light scenes, bringing in more and more detail.

There is also deep fusion, which improves the photo quality and optimizes the details for these pictures which are taken in medium-light settings and options. This is good for buildings and rooms, and you can also take slofies too for even more fun and excitement, and video quality is really good.

The S20 though has a triple rear camera, 30X zoom, and you’ll be able to get some cool features. The low-light features work well too, but this phone can capture videos in 8K resolution.

But not only that, you can get expandable memory with the S20, so you can adjust the memory. And also, the 5G, connectivity is good for you if you live somewhere with it.

Overall, if you’re looking to save some money, get the iPhone 11. If the goal is to actually get some great pictures and have a future proof phone, then go with the S20.
